1) During processing, if found any sizes are defective, we will inform the clients and get the client’s approval.
2) If happen any complaints after you got the goods, pls show us photos and detailed complaints points, we will check with the production department and QC depart immediately and give solving solution within 6 hours.
3) If need a re-make, we will arrange it urgently and ship you as soon as possible.
