This rocker fitness skate frame base is CNC-machined from aircraft 7005 aluminum alloy, well-balanced, and provides both maneuverability and stability when you enjoy wizard skating in urban settings. The frame allows for easier turns and quicker transitions. The 5 wheels setup gives you a forgiving and stable feel when sliding. The urban skate frame develops your skating skills, and is suitable to hit the streets.

The Manufacturing Of An Extruded Skate Frame
The process of extrusion: a block of aluminum is put under pressure and forced to go through a canal. The obtained shape will be reworked by CNC machining until it gets the shape wanted by the manufacturer. That technique conveys a good rigidity to the frame.
Then, it is often anodized to improve its resistance to corrosion.
The frame may be decorated in changing colors of the anodization baths. The norms used are often the same as those in aeronautics (Aluminum 6000, 7000…)
