(1) "T"-shaped stop method: During forward sliding, place the weight on the right foot, bend the right knee, lift the left foot and place it horizontally behind the right foot to form a "T" shape, and then rub the ground with the side of the left four wheels to slow down until you stop.
(2) Double-foot emergency stop method: When sliding forward, put your feet together, turn your body 90 degrees counterclockwise (or clockwise) at the same time, press the right foot with the inner wheel and the left foot with the outer wheel On the ground, bend your knees and sit back at the same time, lean your upper body forward, tilt your body to the left (right), stretch your arms forward, press your feet firmly against the ground, and you will stop sliding.
