What’s The Difference Between 3- wheel And 4- wheel Inline Skates?
Jul 06, 2022
There are several differences between the 3-wheel skates and the 4-wheel ones:
1. The wheels are larger and more passable. This is easy to understand: the larger diameter of the wheel, the smaller edge curvature, the better the passable and the more comfortable when encountering potholes.
2. Better flexibility. The skating frame of the three-wheel inline skates is short and flexible, and the contact area with the ground is small, so it has better flexibility during skill practice.
3. Insufficient stability. Due to the small number of wheels of the three-wheel inline skates, the total grip area is small, which will have a certain negative impact on the beginner's practice.
4. It is not easy to accelerate. Due to the small number of wheels and the large distance between the wheels, insufficient ground force during acceleration will inevitably lead to insufficient acceleration capability.
